Professor François Bédard, Director of the Center for World Excellence in Destinations (CED), is indeed in Cameroon.

Departing from Minneapolis (USA) via New York and Paris, it is 10:45 PM when the flight carrying the Director of CED lands at Douala International Airport. He is immediately taken care of by the police officers mobilized to accompany him to the exit where we are so happy to see each other again, and especially me, to welcome my Director to my country, Cameroon.

A few hours earlier, the other members of the delegation (Jean-François Ruel and Annie Hébert), who left Lac-Mégantic in Quebec, had already tasted our legendary hospitality.

It is worth recalling that this is within the framework of the final preparation meeting for the Participants in the Learning Mission on Tourism and Local Development MATDEL CANADA 2023, organized by Universal Business And Tour (UBT) with the Institutional Support of the Ministry of Tourism and technical support from the Center for World Excellence in Destinations.
